A power breakfast
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It feeds the brain, gives you energy, Yep all of that good stuff. My friends know that I’m not a morning person. I get up religiously as you have to with a kid and a career. However I like to ease into the morning quietly. By 10am well you’re up running and there is no mistake that the day has begun. Eating breakfast is not a routine for me as I’m always on the run. I always have a yogurt or a power bar somewhere so if I get really hungry before lunch I can eat. However on the rare occasion that I have breakfast I try to have the one shown below. An egg white omelette with mushrooms and spinach and a side of yogurt. The English muffin is just for show, lol. It makes me think I should have breakfast everyday naaaahhh. If you do eat breakfast each morning make it a good one. Happy Tuesday!
