In my quest to shake things up in doing a new workout program “Body Beast. It’s mostly a weights workout. No I don’t want to get bigger I’m just am toning up. So today’s workout was shoulders. Can someone say ouch . I am sure I will feel this in the morning. No pain no gain right? Anyway this program was made for body builders which I am not. I use it to build muscle and to just shape up. Added to my regular routine I have everything I need. Shake it up a bit this year you just might be surprised. Happy workout! A Sunday workout is the best!
