Lack of sleep is not good for you. Well it’s not. It leads to crankiness, poor attitude, lack of concentration and just you having a really bad day. I had one of those yesterday and it was miserable. I have got to start getting more sleep. I always feel like I have something else to do but no sleep is catching up to me. With my busy schedule and me having to be on my game everyday it’s essential that I have my wits about me. So I have just got to calm myself at night and hit the sheets.
